Breakthrough bleeding . Please help! [colposcopy] [brownish color]

Im stressed bc Im on Wed scheduled for a colposcopy (for post-coital bleeding) I was very nervous about. All of a sudden 3 days ago I started experiencing breakthrough bleeding . as a small amount of pink and brown color. This has never happened before. Now Im scared bc Ive heard that you are not intended to bleed when you have a colposcopy and I do not want to re bc it takes 2-3 months for a new appt be.
